I am in the process of AOS and i want to know if not sending in bank statement of joint account with me and my husband is a big deal. Would this be a major red flag. It all depends on all of the other evidence you sent. If you sent very little other evidence, then that might be a red flag. If you sent a lot of other evidence, then the joint account might not be a big deal to them.

No you don't need to send in any evidence of the marriage apart from the marriage certificate itself. If you are selected for interview you will need to bring evidence of the marriage to the interview.

Evidence is not required for the AOS application when adjusting from a K-1.

You do not need to send joint account information with your AOS paperwork. The only evidence of marriage needed is a copy of your certified marriage license. Bring evidence of co-mingling finances, accounts and sharing the same residence with you to your interview, should you even have one.
