Timeline

Did you December filers get your EAD's ? I filed in January and I want to start job training on March 4th. What are the chances of getting my EAD until then ( about 40 days after filing, 30 days after biometrics)

depends what city you are in.

if its busy office, (like in my case, its Los Angeles), it'll be little longer. I'm at 46 days today without EAD.. (sad)

someone in Hawaii, its very fast process.

If you have that job offer in writing make a INFOPASS appointment with you local office and take that down to try and expedite your work card. We did that and received our card after 43 days of filing.

Thanks I didn't know that was an option ! How long after the infopass did you receive your EAD ?

In 10 days, we went Jan 14th and was approved next day Jan 15th, i received card 24th Jan.
