I recently just filed my AOS package at the Chicago Lockbox facility about a week ago and received four emails today.

Now, I wait to receive my NOAs in the mail and continue with the waiting game.

All December 2012 AOS filers are welcome to comment on this thread so we can all follow how the process is going for everyone.

I had Bio-metrics appointment on Feb-8-2012. Walked in early in the same ASC location today (01/22/2012), and done in 7 and half minutes.

Thanks, my RFE was for Proof of Legal entry as i didn't have a I-94 as i came on a Visa Waiver and you don't get one. Even though i had sent all information originally they managed to over look their on rules. My Lawyer quickly resolved it.

I did receive an RFE for Form I-485 relating particularly to Form I-864 not being correctly filled out. I did send them back about 2 days ago and waiting on a response from USCIS.

We got our NOA1 Dec 12 or so, and she already had her bio appt in Jan....still waiting and im @#@&@$ sick of this ######. We waited for over 8 months for a k1 visa in the Philippines, and now i get to wait AGAIN and AGAIN. It seems like throughout this whole process we are getting the short end of the stick.

Its like every step we have to wait even longer than everyone else does. USCIS needs to fix the system now, before we even think about helping out all these illegals. Sorry for venting its frustrating when every single step of this ordeal exceeds your expectations. They sure are quick to take my grand though,,oh that was as soon as they got the papers. At least we are together, i'm grateful for that. Happy Valentines day everyone!!

Just noticed 3 days back, while checking USCIS website status, got this message

Expect a 30-45-day delay between when your application or petition is filed and when your information is available in Case Status Online, depending on the volume of applications USCIS receives.

Did you December filers get your EAD's ? I filed in January and I want to start job training on March 4th. What are the chances of getting my EAD until then ( about 40 days after filing, 30 days after biometrics)

Adjusting from B1/B2

Exactly 3 months from the day we got married till the day I had both SSN and GREENCARD in hand !

Day 1 01/22/2013 AOS package sent

Day 8 01/28/2013 NOA 1 received

Day 15 02/04/2013Biometrics appt letter for 2/25/2013

Day 16 02/05/2013 Succesful walk in biometrics 20 days early

Day 25 02/14/2013 USCIS status changed to Testing and Interview ready for interview scheduling

Day 31 02/20/2013 Email notification that my interview is scheduled for March 21st

Day 57 03/19/2013 EAD/AP card ordered

Day 59 03/21/2013 Interview at 10.30 am Seattle Approved

Day 67 03/29/ 2013 Greencard Arrived . Applied for SSN

Day 68 03/30/2013 EAD arrived

Day 74 04/03/2013 SSN card arrived

Eligible for ROC December 21st 2014
