I would like to know if this will be a succesful cover letter...we moved in October 2012 into our new apt and before we used to live with his mother who died in may....i dont know if because this is a new address we will have a problem

• Copy of Lease Agreement (front and back) for our apartment in Corona, NY.

• Copy of Monthly Bills and receipts: Electrical with ConEdison and Time Warner Cable TV/Internet in both of our names

• Copy of our GE Capital receipt of furniture purchase and copy of credit cards in both names.

• Copy of our Storage Rental Agreement since 2011 and letter showing is still open.

• Copy of our Health Insurance Cards issued from my employer listing both our names and attached the application form copy showing is open since 2010.

• State Farm Life Insurance letter listing Wendy as beneficiary and copy of life insurance policy opening date.

• State Farm Apartment Insurance against loss in case of fire, showing the address of our recently rented apartment.

• Copies of our pay stubs showing previous and new address.

• Copy of Borough Manhattan Community College student information system showing address.

• Copy of BANK OF AMERICA October 2012, November 2012 and December 2012 statements (first page) showing joint accounts.

• Copy of a BANK OF AMERICA letter issued in 2010 showing joint account since.

• Copy of CHASE October 2012, November 2012 and December 2012 statements (first page) showing joint accounts.

• Copy of Wendy’s first CHASE, bank statement issued in Jan 2011 showing joint account since.

• Copy of FIRST PREMIER BANK Statement and copy listing both of our names.

• Copy of USPS change of address confirmation.

• Two Copies of Best Buy Samsung and Motorola cellphone order receipt as gifts from my wife.

• Copy of Amazon gift receipt to my mother and sister from my wife.

• Copy of Overstock.com gift receipt to my wife.

• Copies of emails confirmation of vacations we went.

• Photographs.

Tax Returns

• Copies of US Federal and State Tax Returns and W2’s showing filing status as “Married Filing Jointly” for 2010 and 2011

Aug 19,2010 : mailed AOS and I-130 package.

Aug 24,2010 : AOS package received by USCIS

Aug 31,2010 : received text confirmation

Sept 4,2010 : received hard copy of NOA1 for AOS,EAD,AP

Sept 7,2010 : received biometrics letter. Scheduled for september 16.

Sept 16,2010 :Biometrics, successful

Sept 20,2010 : Touched

Oct 18, 2010: Card Production for EAD.

Did you notify USCIS of you address change when you moved? It could be a problem if they were never notified.

Aug 24,2010 : AOS package received by USCIS

Aug 31,2010 : received text confirmation
