hi everyone ,thanks very much for help

i'm the foreign spouse which option can i choose to send my ds-3032 to NVC/my husband ?

option 1:by express mail or option 2: via E-mail ?

i d'ont know witch one i can use ,

i think there is no signature if i send ( choise of agent ) form via E-mail right? and it does not takes long time for NVC to received it by this way contrary I must sign the form to download online & it can take longest time ?

Email, it is an electronic signature signed by the beneficiary. The electronic form is called DS-261. fill it out, sign it electronically send, and in a few days it will be accepted.

use email option. like dwheels said read the post in NVC topic and it tells you exactly how to do it. there is a template to help you as well. good luck.
