Hi,

Just wondering if there's a percentage known of how often people get called in for ROC interviews?

Not worried if we do, just curious since we never had an AOS interview.

Interviews for ROC are pretty rare. By statute, 10% of applicants must be interviewed (this from a sharp immigration attorney to whom I spoke).

We weren't interviewed for either AOS or ROC.

when does uscis sends out the reminder notice for your 1-751 ROC. do they send it out so many days before your 90 day window starts. any information will help. since my wife received her 2 year greencard, we had moved and we also did the ar-11 online and i send in the 1-865 which i had received a confirmation from uscis by mail which was sent to my new address. any information will be most grateful. thank you everyone.

I recieved the reminder in the old address, thank God it was my in laws house, and I recieved it a month before the 90 days window. Sometimes they send it sometimes they don't, so don't really rely on that you have to remmeber it yourself. Good luck.

I wish we had stats. We are being called in for an interview for ROC (and also had to do one for AOS), and I'm not sure how worried I should actually be. At least it's relatively fast. They must have transferred us to Phoenix nearly the same day that they got the RFE response, and Phoenix must have scheduled the interview the same day they got the case, because it all happened within 2 weeks (one of the weeks being Thanksgiving!)

I sometimes wonder if it depends on your local office and how busy they are. Maybe we got called in twice because our local office just isn't that busy (but it's Phoenix, surely there's lots of immigration business going on??!)
