Thank you! As for the rest of the journey, I think I should care less. What will be will be. Investing too much energy and emotion in something that is not in our own control only makes us miserable. I don't know if the congressional assistance really helped my case or the kettle just boiled when the time came. Yet, in hindsight, I think that part of the journey would have been a lot easier if I hadn't been concerned that much.

Yet, I'm very grateful to my congressman's and senators' aides, who went out of their way to help me. I'm also grateful to my Visajourney fellows, who've shared with me their experience and encouraged (or sometimes criticized) me during my seemingly endless journey, I mean the adjustment of status journey.

Thank you all!

Congrat ..

How's your case, Labi?

Well Congratulations! Finally huh! Very happy for you,I hope I hear some good news on my AOS soon. :)

Yes, finally it's over, Melbi&clint. Yours has been pending for over 8 months. I too hope you will get an approval notice from the USCIS soon. I feel that AOS is the most stressful part of the whole visa journey.
