Family & children.

It asks to list children. Do I have to list my son? He is from a previous marriage. My immigrant wife would be his step-mother, no blood relation.

Should I put him or not?

Thanks.

David

Also on 3A, where is the Nonimmigrant visa number on the U.S. Visa? is that the control number? of the number in red on the bott right?

Thanks.

My husband did not list his step children, my adult children from a previous marriage.

It is the red number on the lower right: http://www.visajourney.com/gallery/displayimage.php?album=19&pid=88#top_display_media

Lol so I got a yes and no... anybody want to be the deciding vote?

My fear is that if we put him, since he doesn't live with me (only on weekends), they'll require him to be at the interview.

Nah, children are not required to attend the interview, if you should even have one. The form is for the intending immigrant to fill out. If she has no children, then do not list any there.
