Depends on why your fiance visa was denied?

If it was due to a lack of bonafide marriage, you can expect to show that you're marriage is true. Having a child helps, but lots of people have children for he wrong reasons (not saying you did)

Good luck

Why exactly did you get denied, and what have you done to mitigate that? For example, if you only visited one time before the K1 fiance visa interview, how many times have you visited since? If you didn't submit much evidence of communications (phone bills, emails, chats etc) last time, what did you submit this time?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

hi

i married to a usc....he stays in usa....we got engaged in 2010 n then he applied for my fiance visa....which got denied .... because they said the time was expired and they r not convinced enough to renew the time for the case...and also they said that they sent the case back to us ....and i need to talk to them in short it meant that the visa was denied..instead of wasting time on fiance visa...we got married in November (coz i was pregnant)...and my baby was born in june.....now i m here in india and my husband is also stays with me....we have rented a flat....thats it ...i dont have a joint bank account with him because he is usc and i m an indian....and we dont need account in india...so what all i need here other than having my baby to convince them...

You still haven't answered why EXACTLY the K1 was denied. Did they think it was fraud? Why? Red flags in your case? Hopw many visits? we need details to advice properly.

That being said, you living together is a good thing and you should bring proof of that to the interview- letters or bills addressed to both of you, statements of neighbours who know you have been living together for many months, photos of the two of you with your family etc.

i really dont know what was the exact reason of denial because they did not mention anything....but this is my husband's second marriage ...he got his citizenship because of first marriage ...i guess thats why the thought this can be a fraud....

yea they suspect he migrate first time and got his citizenship then left his wife to come back for you but watever, dont worry he is living there with you currently so that is good. doesnt guarantee approval of your visa but it helps. gather all your evidence aside from baby..

Absolutely, a baby can show you spent time together but is not a proof of bonafide relationship.
