Well its simple I got a RFE for my husband birth certificate. Its is being process at a local office. So NBC dont have my case. I will send his BC out tomorrow certified mail. So the VJ timeline is on point. So maybe if I wasnt needed the BC it would have been approved.(my oppinion) It was dated on Dec. 4th. I will be taking care of that first thing in the morning. Thought I would let you all know whats going on.

When you log into your case status does it tell you an RFE was sent or does it still say initial review? Our NOA1 dates are the same so you know I gotta ask :) ALso just curious what local office you got sent to?

No its still saying (Initial Review). Dosent say RFE.

Aghh!! Is anyone notifying USCIS that they should change the information on their webpage if this is now the case. I am really worried that this is going to happen to me. Did you receive notification of the RFE through email as well (assuming you signed up for electronic notification.)

Yes me too! But my hubby is a little slow so I am insisting before we go on vacation for a month. I am just a little worried about the notification - I assume I will be notified through email.

Looks like the OP got an actual letter from the West Palm Beach field office so I am guessing you will get a letter if they want it.
