Hello my VJ family, How are u all doing? I hope your cases are going on smoothly. I trust God to make this journey smooth for us all. Because i know i can always rely on u all, i want to know if i will need to get two police certificates for the two different cities(that is, two different states but in the same country) i have lived in since the age of 16years old. I have been living in this present city(or state) for 8 years now but spent previous years in a different city. Pls kindly help me with this information and thank u!

You just need from every country not city. So one is all u need to submit.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

You need just one.Hmmm you can go to the Nigeria police force in ALAGBON(Lagos state)I got mine for 6000naira.

okay LIN, thank u for your response and how long or how many days did it take them to get u the certificate after payment? sorry another question is the barcode sheet to be used for DS 230, is it the same barcode that was used for the AOS form submission that is to be used for the DS230 form submission?

Thanks Dwheels and sorry but i have a quick question for u, i am filling out my ds 230 form now and was told by a VJ member here that i will need to use a different barcode cover sheet for submission of this the ds 230 form, that is to say i am not supposed to use the same barcode that i used for submission of the AOS form for the DS 230 form, is this true?

You cannot use the same Barcode sheet that you used for the AOS. You must use the barcode sheet you received when you paid the IV fee.

Petitioner LPR upgraded to USC June 22, 2012
August 22, 2012: case complete
October 18, 2012: Interview (APPROVED)
October 26, 2012: Picked up visa from DHL (delay caused by Sandy)
December 15, 2012: POE Atlanta....................became USC July 2016!!!!

Mothers' Journey (My sister is the petitioner)

September 10, 2013: Sent I-130 (UPS next day service)

September 12, 2013: Received text to confirm delivery

September 16, 2013: Received NOA 1

March 22, 2014: Received NOA 2

April 8, 2014: File Received by NVC

May 26, 2015: Interview (approved)..........now LPR (delays caused by 2 RFE)

I got mine that same day.I just had to wait for 1hr.I went with my international passport and passport photograph.

Thanks Velrich, i will ask my hubby to go check the payment portal where he made payment becos he said he didn't wait for it to read "paid" after making payment.I hope it will still be possible to find the barcode and print from there considering the fact that he didn't do so immediately after he paid. Thanks once again.

On the payment portal you print the barcode sheet for each they are different go to different departments.

For the police report if you go to ALAGBON(Lagos state) you can get same day maybe a few hours wait or next day. Outside of Lagos you may have to wait up to a week because they have to send request to ALAGBON.
