E-mailing DS-230

Once the IV bill is paid and can send in DS-230 and the birth certs. as well as other documents, is it ok to add like chat records and e-mails also to the package?

Just curious as maybe would give them a heads up on things.

Yes those of us dealing with diffcult Embassies can and do add more evidence at the NVC stage with the DS-230. (I have a boatload to send in) so yes cuz this is your last chance to get evidence into the hands of the CO.

So Darnell do you suggest with supporting documents to NVC one should send also the initial I-130 packet (minus the forms)? My DS-230 evidence stands at 900 pages and two photobooks at 96 pages and 31 pages.

Should I add the 219 pages of I-130? What you think?
