My brother in law filed I-130 for his brother back in October 2010. I do him the favor of checking on it. I find it weird that USCIS has been stuck on February 2010 for more than a year now. I understand for siblings it's a long process And it still has to go sit at the National Visa Center for 8-10 years. Can someone tell me what's going on? Thank you .

It takes a long time to get an approval.

When my husband was under the F2B category, his Priority Date (NOA 1) was MARCH 2001. He got approved JUNE 2005 (NOA 2).

The long wait for petition approval is typical of categories of the like. To be honest with you it seems that the longer it takes to be approved by USCIS the better for you if you have children. Some people had to wait 7 years to be approved and hence could have their 27 year old child immigrate with them. Right now just ensure that you guys keep abreast with your case and if you think something is 'not happening' call/email the correct authorities.

Hi my petiton is F2A but since i'm aldreay married, my status right now is F3 ..how its almost 19 yrs since 1993. Is my prioty date..how long will i wait ?? Pls help me

First things first. Did the parent who sponsored you become a US citizen before or after you got married? I hope the answer is before.

The current cutoff date for F3's in the Philippines is July 22, 1992. You didn't mention your exact priority date, but if it's in 1993 then it should be current sometime within the next year.
