None of the NOA1 hard copies say which field office that I am aware of.

From USCIS:

Effect on Customers

As a result of these changes, customers may receive transfer notices, requests for evidence (RFE) notices, notices of decision, or other correspondence from a different USCIS location.

Stand-Alone Immediate Relative I-130s will be transferred from the Service Center to the National Benefits Center (NBC), and then routed to the appropriate Field Office. Customers will receive a notice indicating the case was transferred to the NBC, but that notice will not indicate the final local Field Office location.

I'm thinking of making a more accurate poll tomorrow so stay tuned... :) it should be a little less vague and I'll link it in this poll.

What I was thinking is combine things to make specific situations. For example:

1 question: What is your situation?

- USC abroad, NBC right away, No field office

- USC not abroad, NBC right away, No field office

- USC abroad, Field office

- USC not abroad, field office

Just an example, but then with all the possible options there are. It will be a long list, but we can see which combinations will go together and which ones won't.

it is impossible to know if the paperwork went to a field office without calling... the USCIS website specifically states they will be sending it to field offices but you will not be notified of which field office. Since the NBC is a USCIS office, the NOA and other letters are vague. Undoubtedly on purpose though because then people would be calling their local USCIS office instead of the USCIS directly.
