He is hoping he can get all the votes possible before he has to invoke Executive Privilege again! He will throw Hilliary and anybody else he deems necessary under the bus to save his reign. I believed he actually thought the video and and pissed off protesters scam would work, at least long enough to get re-elected so he can effectively cover this discrepancy up also by stonewalling like he has done in the Fast and Furious investigation. I put NOTHING past this person when it comes to his political survival, I am just glad I have done my time in the military already and do not have to wonder when and where I could possibly become a pawn or sacrifice in his political career.
