Hello vj Member's

we already filed!!! my hubby already sent our paperwork this month and waiting for noa1...... I have some reading others furom . it is about K1 visa they're denied it is because of not meeting each other again within 2 yrs...

here is my problem.. my hubby and I were together last 2010 and i got 2nd time pregnant again the last time he was here with us...until now he is not coming back yet due to his work he was laid off 2010 and 2011 he was good income to his new job.. now he is so busy to his work and no time to visit again his a (truckdriver).... and he planning to come back to picking up us here when i have visa on hand......... im so worried coz if ever they approved our spousal visa from nvc stage . and when the time schedule me for the interview. and the US embassy consul might me asking about my hubby not coming back in more than 2 yrs.. it is possible having a problem for spousal visa to denied ???

and there is anyone who had the same problem of mine... im so paranoid thinking of this..........we have genuine relationships everyday were talking YM and MSN messenger.and to see our two boys through webcam.

i hope someone who can response me here...... .......... im sorry for my english not so fluent... it is hard for me how to say it.... i hope u'll be understand what i saying......pasensya na po tlaga!!! kau na lng ang umunawa...

and highly appreciated..... thank you to all

You will be fine because your case is not like a K-1. You do not have the two-year requirement. Best wishes for a speedy visa.

Your husband can come and visit you and your family anytime, and all the time without any penalty.

How often he comes to visit or not visit you isn't the question really. You and your husband need to prove that you have a genuine, on going relationship. Visits do help prove that but they are not the only thing that proves it. Because your husband has already sent away the petition, the only thing left for you to do is gather all the information that shows that your relationship is real and on going despite the lack of visiting. Supporting a family of 4 (him, you, and your two sons) cannot be easy and he may have just worked a lot to make sure he made the income requirements to bring the three of you to the USA.

Here is a good post that shows information you can take to your interview to help prove your genuine relationship.

You're welcome. I do hope that you get to see him soon. I go to see my husband in 3 days, I cannot imagine how hard it must be for you to not see him in person, to be able to give him a hug, in 2 years. My heart goes out to you and your boys. Best of luck to you.
