I think he will repeal it. I'm pretty sure he's on the record as saying so as well?

I'm a High school teacher and so ADORE my Deaf students. I worry about them because 50% of them are "Undocumented Alien" and have been in USA since they were between pre-k to 5th grade. They all are smart, ambitious, motivated, hard workers. They contribute to the society. It's not their fault that they're in this predicament.

I cannot imagine them going back to their country where there's poor education or lowered expectations for these deaf students.

God bless my students...
