I contacted the local US Consulate down here in Brazil and they asked us to contact Western Union, I don't if you guys have that place there. In the end my in-laws sent us a couple of checks from my wife and we wired money to her US account and sent a check for the payment. You could contact your local US Consulate and try to get more info.

is there chance that after all those forms and applications and collecting all those document consul on interview will say NO ?

The short answer to your question is yes. What you need to do is present a compelling case up to and including the interview to reduce the chances of such an outcome.

Focus on success, not failure.

I mean exactly what I said. When you say "we are collecting all document which is listed here" I am figuring that is items such as photos, correspondence, phone records, evidence of travel together, documentation of your time in Georgia, etc. etc. No one on VJ, no lawyer, and not even Embassy personnel can guarantee a visa will be issued. It's incumbent on you to put together a good file and prove to the decision makers that your relationship is genuine.

Don't you have an US bank account? My wife wrote a check from Brazil and sent the payment. You will need a US bank account to help you to prove your US Domicile since you're living abroad. On your Affidavit of Support they will ask for Proof of US Domicile such as "Bank accounts", "Proof of payment of property taxes", if you leave temporary outside of the US. If you're living for a long time you will have to prove that you're taking concrete steps to move back to the US as soon as the immigrant has their visa.

Lots of answers off on a tangent that haven't addressed your initial question adequately. You pay with a check or money order issued by a bank in the USA. Sounds like you need to get the money to a friend or family member in the USA, so they can write a check or buy a money order IN THE USA and send it to you. Add that to your package and get it in the mail.

If you've been living together in Georgia, provide evidence like visa and/or passport stamps that show the US Citizen is living in Georgia. If you can provide evidence you live at the same address, that's great. If you've been together and married for any significant time, that will carry the day. If you'll stay together in Georgia until the interview or even just a total of a few months, then the only issues you'll need to deal with are the US Citizen's evidence of intent to establish domicile in the USA and meeting the financial sponsorship requirements.

yeah my husband is here from one gov project so he is going to be here till end of June and we hope that all documents will be done till June-July and we can go back together.

he has contract from that company he is working for and shows that he lives here, and now we are moving together and i hope all this gonna help.

our biggest problem was that we dont have check here to pay for that forms but now we decided to send all those forms to his home address and his parents will add check and send it to Chicago office. so .... i think we r standing on the right way.

hope everything will work out and we wont have problems.

this forum really helps me so ... keep finger crossed

thank you

That payment method will work. Make sure you provide the correct instructions for making out the check. You can find them in the Guides on this site.
