So my fiance filed the petition last Sept 1 and we got the NOA1 already after the check has been cashed for a week. My question is, how long it would take to receive the NOA2? Sorry, I'm just so anxious about this whole process stuff. Thank you for the response ahead. :)

in all your ways submit to Him,

Good for you, you filed at California. It shouldn't take long according to previous filers at California. I think they've been averaging about 3 months, if not less. Unlike us poor vermont filers, we've been averaging over 6 months :( create a timeline and it should give you an estimated date. Good luck!

You guys are one month ahead of us. What service center your packet went to? Ours is in Vermont they say it's 5-6 more or less waiting time. California is a bit faster but still needs truckloads of patience. Godbleas to us

Welcome to VJ. Set up a timeline and it will give you a general idea of how long until your approval. At least you are going to California and not Vermont. You will probably get approved before us, and we got our NOA1 July 26, 2012. Good luck.

I Looooooove my baby Lyn.

Thank you all for the response. Yes, my fiance is from Kansas and he said that the official service for our case is CSC. I just don't know how long, but thank you all for giving me an ideas. Will make a timeline soon. Thanks and God bless to all of us. We can make it! :)

Not everyone from CSC gets approved in 3-5 months it is just the luck of the draw as I am going on 8 months now at CSC.
