Post Decision Activity

On June 8, 2012, a USCIS office received this case from the State Department with a request that we review it. We will notify you when we complete our review, or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

anyone at the same stage?

Your visa type is listed as an H2B? Did you interview for a seasonal job??? Additionally, having your case sent back to USCIS from the embassy in general is not seen as a good thing. There must be additional questions or concerns that the CO had about your petition...

This type of question would be better served in the work visa forum if you are waiting on an H2B.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

your case was returned by the embassy to uscis to review it. you will be informed of a decision sooon. if approved, it will be sent back to the consulate, if denied, you will be notified of your options :thumbs: good luck

"Post Decision Activity." It is my understanding, in our case anyways, when the case went into "Post Decision Activity" it was basically closed unless something comes/came up where we needed to contact the USCIS or they needed to contact us about the case. My interpretation: the case and its documentation was filed away somewhere... for the future next step.
