@cjjj, your post sure had me on pins and needles. i was waiting for your acceptance email just as much as you were! :D

this process is just a roller coaster ride isn't it and every little detail counts for a celebration til the very end. just when you think it's over, there's another thing to wait for and worry about but you're reaching the end of things.

my husband sent his DS-3032 on the 27th, exactly a week after yours so if i go by the time you got your acceptance, it would mean that our acceptance email will be coming sometime next week. keep us posted on when you get your IV bill. thanks much and good luck with everything! :)

@krd - thanks for being excited with me. It's good to know that I am not alone!

We got our IV bill just a couple of hours ago and I am triple checking the DS-230 package as I type. My husband will pay the bill when he gets home from work and I am hoping that I can print the barcode right away and somehow manage to get UPS to pick up the documents tomorrow so that maybe they will be there Monday. Maybe I can still squeeze in for the November interview dates. That would be incredibly awesome.

Sorry you still have to wait. I am sure it will come soon. Yes, the bill was extremely quick. I hope it's okay to send the package when the payment is still in process. Or should I wait until it says paid?

It takes 1-2 days for a bill to show PAID. If your husband pays it today, it will probably show PAID on Saturday the latest, right? And your package will be delivered on Monday (earliest). You will have the bar code printed with it, right? I don't see why it would be a problem sending it tomorrow if you have everything. But some may say to wait if it says PAID.

Just a quick question. Does the new barcoded cover sheet for the IV packet lOok any different from the AOS cover sheet? Like for the address, is there a difference in the "attn:" line? I know for the aos it read "attn: CMR AOS"...he bout for the IV one? :)

the good thing is that u can print out the cover sheet while still in process and provided there wont be any payment hiccups then u can also send ur package....u see i had a payment issue...it showed "paid" then after few days it was rejected...so it wud be wise to check with ur partner if the money had been deducted from their account to be 100% sure and then ur good to go....u will only loose couple of days here and there which is more worth than having payment issue and docs being returned to you....
