Hello all,

Thank u all so much for ur respnses and advice so far.

I have one more question..my fiance is currently in school to get his degree tho he is soon to round off. I read some where that for my interview he is to send me the Affidavit of support with the supporting documents like, his tax returns, employment letter, pay stubs, and evidence of our relationship but since he currently not working wot sld he send me?

No but the co-sponsor has to be willing to give u very sensitive documents and be willing to sponsor u even if the marriage ends in divorce. Bc they will co-sponsor u with the I-134 affidavit of support and then again here during AOS where they would be signing a document saying they are sponsoring you so you will not become a burden for the USA.

Yes, I believe that you should be able to produce originals of any documents submitted. They may or may not ask to see them.

It all depends on the embassy. Some accept photocopies while others want to see the originals. You will get all originals back. But I am bringing both the originals and photocopies of everything just to be sure.
