AOS interview and RFE sent then what happened?

Hello everyone, my fiance(e) had her interview done last week which is September 13. But then the IO asked for an additional documents which is some portion of the I-693. Then her RFE has been submitted just two days ago. Now my question is? Does anyone know what the next step would be? Will my fiance(e) be given some kind of notice or maybe a stamp on her passport like an 1551? I read something about this? Has anyone gone through the same process please your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you..

She can't get the I-551 stamp because her green card hasn't been approved. Now, you wait. USCIS gets several weeks to process your RFE response and then they will make a decision. Assuming it was just an issue with the medical and you have properly responded, she will likely be approved so now it is just a waiting game.

Your wife won't get a stamp when she is missing documents. Without those, an IO cant make a desicion. First move is to submit whatever was asked for. The supplement is most likely the vaccination sheet, also called ds-3025. It has to be complete, except for the vaccinations that aren't age appropriate. After you've submitted that, you wait until a decision has been made. You can follow the status of your case either via the USCIS webpage(check my status) or call the phone number on the NOA1 and inquire.
