Amen Brother!!! USCIS sent the wife's green card to my old address. I called the move in and they logged the change of address but they said I didn't fill out a form and send that to them. The green card was taken from the mail box after being delivered by an employee of the postal service. Why they left it and didn't send it back to USCIS I'll never know. But this I know, it cost us and additional $450 for the new issuance of a greencard because USCIS claims it was sent to the address of record. Only good news it she got a 10 year because it has been two years married and not the 3 year card.
