So i'm going to start the process of bringing my father my steph mom and my 2 sister and 1 bother but i just want to know if i need to file an I 30 for each of them. any suggestions?

also my dad and my steph mom got married before i was 16.

Each person requires a visa so each requires a 130 as well as all other steps in the process.

One year for a US to petition for a parent or stepparent (if relationship was formed prior to stepchild's 18th birthday).

10 to 12 years for a US citizen to petition for a sibling.

I hope you understand that there is no way for your sisters and brother can immigrate with your parents. When a US citizen petitions for a parent, only the parent is eligible for a visa. Spouse and children are listed for informational purposes only. They are not included in the petition for the parent.

Your siblings are not immediate relatives and so they will have to wait for their priority date to become current before they can proceed with an immigrant visa. They will be under the F4 category and will have a wait time of approximately 11 years, assuming no retrogression, before their priority date becomes current.

yes because they are not immediate relatives.

Immediate relatives = spouse of, minor (under the age of 18) child of, parent of, a US citizen.

Siblings are at the bottom of the list when it comes to immigration preferences.

It is usually recommended that the petition be filed for the step parents only and then when the parents become LPR they then send in the petition for their children.

That is usually the shortest route to getting sibling who are minors into the US.
