Hello Family_

Can anyone help me here, is it OK to use my wife's email to send DS3032 choice of agent or it has to be send by herself?

any advice is much appreciated

It doesn't matter if you send it or if she sends it, as far as its sent from her email

hi im spouse of lpr we have just receive confirmation from nvc that they accept our ds 3032 it s better that person who is in us send email because nvc give the pettitioner more informations and consideration than the beneficiary

plz should we send affidavit of support now or waiting nvc to send us form i864 to complete it if u have info

sorry my case has just been completed and I'm also receiving directions from vj members as how to proceed, i don't want to give you any false information I'm not 100% sure. make a tread of your question and good people here will help you with any answares you may need. good luck to you.

09/11/2012 - Received a letter saying case transferred Lee's Summit, MO
02/15/2013 - Received an email saying case is approved
02/22/2013 - I-130 NOA2 hard copy received

03/11/2013 - NVC case # assigned
03/12/2013 - Petitioners' email corrected, Beneficiary's email added

Yes. definitly send it via email. I did and it works faster than snail mail.

11-16-12: Sent I-130 for Dad.
11-19-12: Priority date/rec'd date.
02-06-13: Case approved, NOA2.
02-19-13: NVC received case.
03-08-13: Case # assigned--HCM2013******.
03-09-13: Paid AOS Fee $88.00.
03-09-13: Emailed DS-3032 from Beneficiary's email address.
03-13-13: AOS Fee showed as PAID & sent AOS package certified mail.
03-18-13: AOS package delivered @ 10:50 A.M.
03-18-13: DS-3032 accepted.
03-20-13: IV Bill Invoice.
03-21-13: Paid IV Fee $230.00.
03-23-13: IV Fee showed as PAID.
04-23-13: Sent IV package certified mail.
04-26-13: IV package delivered @ 11:13 A.M.

05-08-13: Case completed @ NVC per telephone call.

05-15-15: Case completed per email from NVC.

06-07-13: Rec'd email from NVC RE: interview date. (letter dated 06-05-13).

When can you email DS-3032, once you get a case # from NVC, then send email?

Some people wait for AOS fee to be invoiced before sending the email, with the invoice, NVC usually sends DS-3032 forms also. Other people send it as soon as they have NVC case #. Only drawback of sending before 'getting AOS fee/DS3032 email' is sometimes NVC ignores or rejects DS3032 email.

Personally, I plan to wait at least 1 day after receiving NVC case # before sending the DS3032 email.
