Wait time to get EAD varies. I got mine 33 days after biometrics, some people gets it earlier. Walk-in speed up the process of some, and doesn't do anything whatsoever for some. You just have to wait and see ow it all plays out for you.Goodluck

Our interview letter can right around three weeks after biometrics. Still no movement in EAD. However I see some of my fellow August filers still have no interview date and they are done with biometrics. I believe it all depends on your local office for interview. EAD, it seems to come closer to 90 days for most..

We all have MSC except for those adjusting from K-1 visa. I doubt they update cases constantly. USCIS have thousands of cases working on so you will get an update when they get to yours usually within normal processing time. If you hear something earlier than people who filed before you? Consider yourself lucky. You will even see people who filed after you getting updates before you. Its just apart of the process. Patience is Key though...

I've been reading a lot of folks getting snail mail with no online updates. They say the online system is unreliable and not consistent.. So far I haven't had problems but still we are waiting on EAD and AP

Thats true you dont get text/email when you are scheduled for Bio.

I received my Biometrics appointment after 10days after the lawyer mailed my AOS paperwork

It was scheduled for 18 october 2012 but I walked in on 26th september 2012 (three weeks early)

So far no updates just on the waiting game....
