i got question, estimate how much % people recive green card without interview,

and estimate how much % people without FBI name check

and estimate how much % people recive green card before EAD?

the list that is created is what you need to be looking at...

it goes all the way back to september 2006..wouldnt be hard to figure out michael...

sit tight and just be patient with the process....and i think there has only been one person that has had an interview upon their request...

REMOVING CONDITIONS

11th Aug 2008 - Mailed I-751 to CSC.

12th Aug 2008 - Application received

14th Aug 2008 - Cheque cashed

18th Aug 2008 - Received NOA-dated the 12th

26th Aug 2008 - Received Biometrics letter

4th Sept 2008 - Biometrics-Detroit-Complete-'Touched'

5th Sept 2008 - 'Touched'

1st Dec 2008 - APPROVED-Card production ordered -112 days

8th Dec 2008 - USCIS mailed approval notice.

8th Dec 2008 - Received my 10 year Greencard in the mail. took 2 days.

Although I have the above date for approval my card actualy states the

2nd December..

It's impossible to estimate how many people get approved without an interview, every case is different. NOBODY gets approved without an FBI name check !! Again impossible to say how many people get a green card before they get an EAD because every case is different .. Getting a green card before EAD seems to be a trend .. but nun of us know for sure who that will happen for and who it won't , there are VJ's who have had to renew EAD's because they are still waiting for final approval for AOS .. You can find hints by watching what happens to other VJ'rs, but VJ only represents a small community of people .. you can also search the timelines for information

It's impossible to estimate how many people get approved without an interview, every case is different. NOBODY gets approved without an FBI name check !! Again impossible to say how many people get a green card before they get an EAD because every case is different .. I just wanted to quote my I-797C Notice of action from our transfer to CSC "This is to advise you that in order to speed up processing we have transferred the above case to the following USCIS site for processing".. That HAS to be good :) tee hee.. Here's hoping for quick approvals for all!!

11th Aug 2008 - Mailed I-751 to CSC.

12th Aug 2008 - Application received

14th Aug 2008 - Cheque cashed

18th Aug 2008 - Received NOA-dated the 12th

26th Aug 2008 - Received Biometrics letter

4th Sept 2008 - Biometrics-Detroit-Complete-'Touched'

5th Sept 2008 - 'Touched'

1st Dec 2008 - APPROVED-Card production ordered -112 days

8th Dec 2008 - USCIS mailed approval notice.

8th Dec 2008 - Received my 10 year Greencard in the mail. took 2 days.

Although I have the above date for approval my card actualy states the

2nd December..
