Hello everybody..my husband have an interview on 25th sep 2012, and i ( THE PETITIONER )have been asked from the NVC to bring my U.S proof of domicile on the day of interview. After putting my case on visa journey i got some suggestions that if i have not been to the U.S from last 5 years and i am not able to proof any domicile then i have to atleast show them that i have applied to re-established my domicile by applying for a job or have a family member or friend to make a tenancy for me stating that i will stay with them upon my return to the U.S until i find myself a permanent address.

Is that enough or do i need something else to prove my domicile?? and can i just show the tenancy or do i have to show both the documents?? thank you plzzz reply asap!

Virgo 2012, Congratulations. I'm also waiting for my husband's interview date. After your case was complete at NVC, how long did it take to get the interview date. My case was completed lastw week at NVC. I did call NVC and they told me all interview scheduling for September is done and now I've to wait if they'll schedule my hubby for October interview. I'm ust curious how lond did it take for your hubby's scheduling so I can have an estimation. Thanks you so much.
