yes you can fill in the forms on the computer and print them, however don't forget to sign them. Please note you should use the normal forms ( you are a bit confusing by saying example form) not the example ones, make sure they are not expired.

I would check with the USCIS or State Department site to make sure that you have the latest version of the form. Some have been updated since being posted here. But once you are certain that you have the latest version, you can fill them out here or at the official government site.
