Did you get transferred to California Service Center?

Just realized you haven't even filed yet.

The basic answer is 5-10 months. Depending on a variety of reasons.

it depends on where you live, some states have a longer wait time than others but basically you can expect to wait from 4 months to a year

It does depend on a lot of things. In the AOS forum you can also see people filing K1 AOS that got transferred to CSC and have been waiting for 9-10 months (some over a year).

It does all depend on things nobody really knows. Hence the answer, somewhere between 5-10 as I said... DJRicky went 4-12... Both are great suggestions on what the wait could be for K1 AOS.....

It depends on how busy is your local USCIS office (transfer to CSC or no)... I would say it can take 3 to 12 months!

It is not easy to have a better prediction.

So far I'm about 7 1/2 months into my wife's AOS from a K-1. Mine was also transferred to CSC... Kind of bummed it's taking so long, but I've been tracking many others status, and it's got to be close to the time a green card is in our hands. I'm thinking about calling soon just to check.
