Has your friend contacted the Embassy? This is outside normal waiting times to receive a visa back (if everything was OK). Tell your friend, to tell her fiance in the US, to call DOS to see what's going on.

thanks @celeste & c what do you mean by "DOS"? we are really wondering what happened to the application because i also had my interview for k1 visa last may 4,2012 was approved and im almost 3 months in the US now. hmnnn.... thanks again God bless!

thats strange if all is ok with her papers. its better to let her fiance call USEM to follow up what happened

DOS is the Department of State. Only the USC can call, though; so tell your fiances to get a hold of them and ask what's going on.

The number is for the Department of State. Only the US Citizen can call.
