HELLO EVERYONE, : :help: :help:

Im Edson from Brazil,im married with a USA citizen,got deportation two years ago,my case is complete and now i have my interview on september 25,so i have question about forms i-864,i-864a,i864ez,i-864p and i-864w??So my spouse is not work in this moment because she is almost finish your graduate and she has two little kids.I was in USA work hard for my wife get your graduate then i was ilegal there,now she has your brotherlow for to sign the affidavit support for my case.The question is which one is better for my case???

The co-sponsor (brother-in-law) fills out the I-864A

Your wife the sponsor fills out the I-864.

I-864ez can not be used when u use a co-sponsor

I-864P is just the poverty guideline list.

I-864W is for affidavot of support exemption. You would have tp read up on that to see if you qualify. Have yet to see anyone who has though.

She has to provide her last 3 years tax transcripts if she filed taxes or give reason why she didn't have to file.

there will be 2 I-864s.

One from the USCitizen Petitioner (yer spouse)

and

one from the co-sponser.

Please study the I-864 instructions a bit more - you've missed an important bit. I'm worried you missed other things..

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
