Getting I-130 assembled and ready to send and have a question?? I am back in the states and did not get the G 325 A signed by my wife before I left the philippines. How is everyone handling these situations. Mail seems very slow.... Also, it is my understanding that the NSO marriage certificate is not required at this point only a copy of the registered Marriage certificate from the LCR, is this correct? One last question, on the 5 years employeement section, she was employed from 2006-2008 and then in school for 3 years and then employeed again. Should I list her as student during the gap on the employement section? Thanks for your help!!

I know the memorandum is for the I-129, but I was in the same situation a few years ago when I sent the petition. My wife sent me signed G-325's, but there were dates blocked out with little plus signs, and a few other mistakes. I filled out a new G-325, and attached a note referencing this memorandum, and my wife signed it at her interview. There will be responses telling you it must be signed, but is not necessary. For time unemployed while a student, just tell it like it is. Unemployed/student...

Send her the link for G-325A.Ask her to sign the document and send you electronically. It should work. At least thats how I did it. my experience: NVC wants inked signature and they will give you RFE if document has sign Scan but not on USCIS phase.

You can state that form will be signed at interview. This is documented in VJ. In fact the interviewed pinned on VJ of the USCIS adjudicator he states not necessary to sign at filing you can sign at interview

Job gaps are no issue if its not work don't list it. Many have gaps.

And yes photocopy of the marriage certificate the original u submit at the NVC level.
