Yes, the petitioner always submits an affidavit of support regardless of income.

And i need to fill out i-864 as well? Or only the co-sponsor..... Can i give them the tax returns my tax accounted gave me ?

A K1 petition is typically supported by form I-134. The I-864 would be used at the adjustment of status phase.

Do i need to fill out i-134 affidavit of support even if im getting a co-sponsor?

You will each fill out your own I-134 and provide the supporting documents, 2011 tax transcript(or complete copy of return including all forms, schedules and W-2s and/or 1099s), letter from employer and most recent pay stub(s). The co-sponsor will also need to provide proof of being a USC or LPR.
