Hi Everyone!!

Anybody can tell me the silly or weird question during the interview? I'll have my interview Wednesday.. I'm kind of nervous about it.. :bonk:

I have heard from the member here and some friend who asked for car plate number of their fiance, even though the hospital where when they're fiance born!!!

For those who are done with their interview recently please give us insight!!

Your reply will be greatly appreciated and could soothe me from being anxious.. :)

Cheers,

Kathy

Consular asking for plate number would not be asked because even I dont know mine. Which hospital name not likely but city and state yes or where USC has lived, parents and siblings names and ages and children.

Here's what my wife was asked:

Who is the petitioner?

How did you meet?

When did you first meet?

When did you meet in person?

When was the last time you saw him?

Then she looked at our pictures and said we're approved.

Sort of the same questions, except she was asked to tell how we met, up until the visa process. So she answered about 15-20 of those 35 questions, either asked directly or by telling the story. BLUF, every CO is different. Just relax, be familiar with the basic data (names, dates, family, etc.).

I can't remember much of mine because it was only 5 mins. I remembered he asked my husband's (fiance then) name and state. Then he looked on the files and returned my pictures. His last question to me is why my husband (fiance then) didn't visit me more than a year. I answered that we decided to sacrifice for a year not seeing each other to save for our church wedding. And I added that we're going to have Filipiniana theme for our catholic wedding and have him wear barong. The CO smiled and said that's great. I didn't hear him saying my visa is approved, just heard him saying welcome to United States of America. And told me to go courier window to pay for delivery.

Wow, those were the exactly the same questions that the consular officer asked me. The CO was probably in her late 20's.

Listen carefully to numbers and dates. When they asked Chinook about our age difference, they used the wrong number of years.

I had my wife memorize a bunch of fun facts about me and my family a week before her interview. She already knew all about the relationship. She memorized my parents, brothers and sisters names and what they do for a living. She was able to give birthdates and had my US address memorized before her interview. It helped her because she was asked what her address was going to be during her interview and she was able to give it without looking it up. Every question they asked her she had a very quick answer with no stumbling. She told me her interview was easy because of all the information she memorized. I am sure everybodies interview is a little different. That was her scenerio at the embassay. I wish you guys the best of luck with it and hope your visa comes quick!
