That is NOT a denial....That is only a request for further evidence. Just wait for your notice.

It's best to wait until you receive the RFE notice. In a recent newsletter from the VSC, they noted how they will start sending back any items sent to them without the RFE cover page. http://www.aila.org/content/default.aspx?docid=40032

Part One: The K-1 Visa Journey:

USCIS Receipt of I-129F: January 24, 2012 | Petition Approval: June 15, 2012 (No RFEs)

Part Two: Entry and Adjusting Status:

AOS Package (I-485/I-765/I-131) NOA1: February 19, 2013 | Biometrics Appt.: March 18, 2013
AP/EAD Approved: April 29, 2013 | Card Received: May 6, 2013 | AOS Interview Appt.: May 16, 2013 - Approved Review Card Received: May 24, 2013

A statement of how you met and that you want to marry is not exactly a letter of intent. They need to include a statement that you are legally free to marry and intend to marry within 90 days of their arrival in the US with the K-1. Like the example here: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Fiance_Letter_of_Intent.doc

You may or may not get an RFE. You will just have to wait and see. You have him print out, sign and date a letter of intent and mail it to you so you will have it just in case you get an RFE for it.

I think that you more likely than not will be getting an RFE for missing Letter of Intent from fiancé with his original signature. Actually, if I were you, I would tell him to mail it to you today/tomorrow so by the time (IF) RFE comes you are able to respond to it the same very day.

thx guys for your help and answers

You will not get denial....this same thing happened to me also when I was doing k-1. They just sent a letter asking for letters of intent to marry. Giving us 30 days to respond.
