Hello everyone,

My Lifting of condition will be so soon to process, anyone of you have idea what requirements to send? i'm glad if you could share me your ideas thanks you in advance.

Co-mingling of lives like tax returns filed jointly, financial accounts in both names, employment benefits with thesother spouse listed as beneficiary, wills, powers of attorney, etc. They want to see that your lives are following the norm and you are both taking risks by merging your lives together. Utilitiy bills and photos IMHO are secondary evidence. Trips you have taken together. Each situation is unique. Send them what information you have to show you are sharing your lives together.

Good luck,

Dave

My gal is currently processing her I-751, also known as the CRI** (I forget). The following tidbit of information was included with the "I-751 Receipt Notice:"

If you have not already done so, provide supporting documents to assist USCIS

in processing your petition and to establish eligibility to remove the

conditional basis of your permanent residence. PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF THIS

RECEIPT NOTICE WITH ANY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS YOU SUBMIT. Such evidence may

include, but is not limited to, the following items:

- Lease of joint tenancy or joint ownership of assets

- Joint mortgage agreement and/or property deed

- Birth certificate(s) of any child(ren) born from the marriage

- Joint policies of life, medical and/or car insurance

Basically, evidence of co-mingling of assets.

Best wishes!

Sid
