My grandfather once told me, " believe none of what you hear and half of what you see......." .....

Your NOA1 is 4-4....anyone who has filed after you and got NOA2 already is either expedited, very very lucky or lying.......

You have at least another month at the earliest.

Good Luck, were almost all frustrated, your not alone.

This is fairly common... some cases may have expedited service, others may be front loaded in the order that the processing center prefers (making the petition easier to process for them), and others may be missing information or not presented in an organized fashion. When a case petition isn't easy to process or looks like it's going to require additional work, it often gets put aside in favor of one that's better organized or more complete. I can't say for sure exactly what may be the case in your situation, but these are just some examples of why some cases are put through to NOA2 faster than others.

i myself could not believe that our petition was approved. this is not to make you feel guys. but to encourage you to be patient. patient is really a virtue. we are April filers. we got the NOA1 on April 9. and got the NOA2 last Friday, July 20. me and my fiance, both set our minds that we will get ours in September and it came to us 2 months earlier. i think the key here is to not think so much about and set your mind that this is a long process and everyone has to go through with it. everyone will have their time. some are soon, some will be for far too long. make yourself busy. i recently took a position at work. even if i know that i will not stay for too long in my job, i still took it as i know it will make me busy and help me forget the frustrations. i think it also depends on how you have submitted your applications. what i mean are the requirements and the documents. i guess they're just doing their jobs of reviewing all of our applications thoroughly. i just hope when everyone hears from CSC/USCIS it will not be RFE. i wish everybody all the best of luck.

Why put it aside. They should deal with the application. Give the applicant a chance to redo his application by sending an RFE rather than putting it aside. They should not look at easy ones. That way they have a chnace o correct it and back in line quickly. Honestly, i dont think there should be an expedite except for those going on military deployment. every body should join the queue regardless. I can understand a soldier scarificing for country who wants to be united with his family before deployment.
