Hi, everyone. I'm literally stuck at NVC! I sent Choice of agent(DS-3203) form on July 4th and they got it on July 6th and I confirmed NVC that they have received my paper. Its July 20th now and I still haven't invoiced my IV bill yet.

Is this normal waiting time to get invoice IV bill? I called NVC and they told me as soon as they review DS-3203 from, they will invoice the IV bill but how long does it take just review the piece of paper??

This is frustrating!! I waited almost 2 months to NVC receive my case from USCIS and I still have to wait at NVC as well!! LOL

Anyone has same situation as me?

You are still lucky that your petition was approved in 12 days, there are people waiting for more than 180 to 200 days to get their petition approved and on top of that they still have to go through the NVC thing.

I am on my 185th day and still waiting for I-130 approval, then comes NVC stage and later Embassy. Still have many months to go :(

I think that was not what the person was asking. Its already a difficult task for us all, adding fuel to the flames wont help.

I am also waiting for them to approve that Ds3032 also. I wish I knew how long it would take for us to get to pay our IV fee and submit our package also. Good luck.

It took them 11 business day for them to invoice my IV bill from the day i emailed DS-3032. Did you check beneficiary's email for acceptance letter? The IV is generated a day after that email

You said "I confirmed NVC that they have received my paper" whereas majority of VJ members send DS-3032 email. Sending DS-3032 in mail delays the process, have some patience and your number will come too!

My K1 visa petition was approved, but my case stuck between USCIS and NVS for more than 8 weeks.

NVC keep telling they never receive my case and USCIS keep telling they sent my case. I submit email to nvcresearch@state.gov. What else should I do? Everyone who filled in march, got their visas already

We also keep calling every day and asking them to investigate. This is abnormal I think. Will senator' involvement help to move stucked case??

12/22/16....CO refused to consider self-earned income and refused co-sponsor. Refused to take in consideration my own assets and property income and well established freelance business. Asked to show $100K++ on bank account while he knew that we have maybe only $70K cash. 

03/22/17....After several fights was interviewed in Paris. They kept my passport. Was told Administrative Processing won't take more than 2-3 weeks.
