NVC - fee payment online problem. HELP!

Hi guys!

So on July 11, we received an NVC case number, together with an Inovice ID.

I sent DS 3032 (Choice of Agent) to NVC on July 13.

Now, it's July 20 - and we can't pay $88 fee to start the processing at NVC. :wacko:

My husband says we have to get another Invoice number from NVC, but I think that we already have it. Who is right and who is wrong?

When we enter here https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx our Case number and Invoice ID - we can sign in, but we can't make payment. :help:

Any suggestions what it can be?

It happened to me too. I called NVC and they told me to use internet explorer instead of firefox. I did what they told me and it worked for me.

Yes, it happened to us too.

Use Internet explorer not Firefox.

And no need another invoice id.

Google Chrome also works, as we made both our AOS and IV payments through a chrome browser with no issues.

Do you have any idea why we can't make payment? we can sign in without problems, but as soon as we press "pay selected fees" the screen say the same message all over again "Page not found"

it's sooo frustrating. is there any other way to pay? and pay attention - i am using Internet Explorer 9

why not to try firefox , i use it to pay my fees and it work properly this the link

You can also mail a money order or cashiers check instead of using their online payment system. I had problems twice online so I just mailed it to them...no problems at all, just took a couple of extra days. You can find more info here: My link
