They would need tourist visas. No you cant sponsor them because they dont require a sponsor. The mother would apply on her own merits and seek additional visas for each of the kids. Each requires a seperate application and fees.Your income or situation has zero to do with these visas. In fact its better if you stay completly out of the process.

The mother must understand the strongest ties rule to have any chance to be granted a visa. This can be very difficult to comply with. It also looks bad when she wants to bring her entire family at the same time. She MUST be able to prove beyond doubt that they will return. Keep in mind that every person holding any type of visa is considered an intending immigrant by USCIS.

The only way to know the outcome is to apply and step up to the window. For four people this can be very expensive so she needs to know exactly how to go about this before she enters into it. Its unlikly that she will be granted these visas.

if thay have good ties, a house, job, money in the bank.still in school.money to pay for expenses, its up to the immigration officer at the interview, good luck,

Its really up to the officer at the POE so even if they had tourist visas they could be denied entry. I have seen this happen myself. People denied entry are put on the next plane back.

Thanx all, One more question .If my sis in,law apply visit visa on her own behalf ,how much amount she required ? Can she show her car as assets along her account balance ?

Her assets will have lttle to do with the outcome because they can be easily sold therefore are not seen as reasons to return to her country. Same thing with her money in some account which she could easily transfer.

What she has to do is prove beyond doubt that she MUST return. if she cant do that she wont be granted a visa. Again this is very very hard to do. These tourist visa can be almost impossible to get due to the volume of fraud.

Stuff is stuff. It can be sold. It can be transferred. Having stuff does not tie a person to country.

A job she must return to.

Her children.

With all her children traveling with her, it weakens her ties to her home country. Seems like a good opportunity for her and her children to overstay their visitor visas. This is not what I am thinking. It is what the US Embassy officer is thinking.
