you really dont know what comes in that RFE but don't freak out it takes about 7 days to get to your house.

I just sent mine back yesterday.

On my original app i didnt translate my birth certificate in English because idk why i didnt think it was

necessary. (silly me :bonk: )so thats exactly what my letter was about.

So i went a head and did what they wanted. It took me about about a 3 weeks from the time i receive my email

of the rfe plus all the waiting days for the hard copy and my certificate from el salvador.

i sent my mom's too just in case they didnt see that hers is not in english either.

its probably a criminal record for you, you can order those online or go to ur county court and request one.

you usually get about 60 days from the day they send the letter for you to respond back, so dont take ur time,

the faster the better.

best luck for you!!!:)

I had an RFE it took me a total of 16 days to fix it and get an NOA2. My mistake was on my form G-325A where they ask about your parents. Then they ask about previous marriages and i dont know why but the whole time i taught it was asking about my mom. So i named her previous husband. Yeah i know im an idiot. But all i did was send a letter that it was my confusuion and a copy of my mother's divorce certificate. It was a pretty easy and fast fix. Hope yours move just as fast or faster! GOOD LUCK!

It can take up to 7 days....I live halfway across the country from the service center and it has taken 3 days for all communication from them to get to me. How long did your NOA 1 take? The RFE should take about the same time.
