Hi Naplesguy.

I submitted my NOA on november 14th and still no word.

What email addressed did you use?

I have submitted service requests and received the 60 day email. the 60 days came and went on july 2nd. i placed another service request and got an email back that i don't even understand.

I actually started another link with the response.

Congrats on finally getting the elusive NOA2!!

Thank you, now I have to prepare for the interview. I was reading your story and I will read others. I was not clear on what they needed the third page of the applicaton for. I thought that was part of the orginal sumbission.

Yes, the third page of the I-129F was part of the original submission to the USCIS. However, when I printed out the completed I-129F, none of the boxes on the I-129F had check marks. I don't know why the check marks didn't print out. I didn't catch it before I sent it in to the USCIS. Amazingly, the petition was approved by the USCIS, and the NVC forwarded it to the Embassy.

Even though none of the boxes on any page were checked, the consular officer only wanted an answer to question 2 on page three. You know, the question about whether I'd ever been convicted in a court of law... Apparently, the consular officer didn't care about any of the other boxes that didn't have check marks. I sent Chinook another I-129F, one that had all the appropriate boxes checked off, and the rest is history.

Congrats on finally getting the elusive NOA2!!

The link I posted with this topic explains the follow up email process. Also, copied below - you send the first email to the follow up and reference the service request, request number etc and just say the issue is not resolved. After twenty one days and issue is not resolved there is another email address to use. Also, I recomend that you contact your congresperson in the meantime.

California Service Center: csc-ncsc-followup@dhs.gov

-Vermont Service Center: vsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov

-Nebraska Service Center: ncscfollowup.nsc@dhs.gov

-Texas Service Center: tsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov

Please note: Emails should be sent to the Service Center that has jurisdiction over your case. The receipt notice will indicate EAC for the Vermont Service Center, SRC for the Texas Service Center, LIN for the Nebraska Service Center, and WAC for the California Service Center.

When contacting the Service Centers by email you will need to provide the information outlined in Step 1. If the NCSC did not issue a service request after your call, please indicate the reason the NCSC representative did not issue the request.

Step 3: In the event you do not receive a response within 21 days of contacting the appropriate Service Center, you may email the USCIS Headquarters Office of Service Center Operations by email at: SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov. You will receive a response from this email address within ten days.

For more information

Congratulations!!!:dance::dance: May the rest of your journey be smooth as well!

thank you
