I want to ask my conditional green card issue date is March 10, 2012 I want to ask when i will get the 10 year green card so what would be my issue date ? March 10 , 2012 Or when they issue new one,

you will need to remove conditions 90 days before the 2 year GC expires with the form i751. you will have to prove once more that you have a bona fide marriage.

The date on the first GC is the date you became a LPR. That date will not change. Not having seen a 10 year GC after the 2 year, I can speculate that the expiration date will be 10 years after the date the 2 year GC expires. Others who have actually done this can either confirm this or correct me.

The date on the first GC is the date you became a LPR. That date will not change. Not having seen a 10 year GC after the 2 year, I can speculate that the expiration date will be 10 years after the date the 2 year GC expires. Others who have actually done this can either confirm this or correct me.

You can apply for citizenship after three years of LPR status, if still married to the petitioner. Otherwise, in 5 years. So, three or five years after your first green card issue date, which would be your US entry date.

the date for citizenship starts the date you became a LPR. but before you file for citizenship you have to remove conditions to get the 10 year GC. if you have after that 3 years of marriage and 3 years of residency, you can file for citizenship.

you are a resident but you must remove conditions or you will loose residency.

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
