I am a US Citizen and would like to sponsor my parents and unmarried brother age 24 from Canada to the US. Can I petition for all of them at the same time so that they can all come over together? I am very clueless with this process, any advice you can give is greatly appreciated. I am in search for the quickest route possible.

nope,

siblings are filed separatly and take over 10 years to get here. around 12 years.

so you should file for your parents first, and they can file for him, but it will take over 8 years.

or you can file for all of them and your parents can too once the become LPR.

Unfortunately no. There is no way for you to petition for them to immigrate together if you petition for them at the same time.

Here is brief outline of your choices.

1. USC petitions for a brother - F4 preference category - 12 years.

2. USC petitions for a parent - Immediate Relative - 1 year. Only the petition parent can get a visa. No spouse or children can be a derivative beneficiary. So, a petition for mom and another petition for dad.

3. LPR parent can file for an UNMARRIED child over 21 - 8 years. If child marries before LPR becomes a US citizen, then the petition automatically ends. An LPR parent can NEVER have a petition for a married child at any time.

These are the quickest family based routes to immigrate to the US.

So if he applies for his mom, only she could come and then the 14 year old son/brother would still have to wait 8 years before he could come?

no, 8 years is for unmarried children over 21, for under 21 the wait is over 2 years

If the brother petitions the 14 years old, it is 12 years. Age and marital status does not matter when a US citizen petitions for a sibling. The wait is the same if the sibling is 1 years old or 50 years old. The current wait is 12 years.

If LPR mom files for the 14 years old, then it is 2-3 years. A case for an unmarried child under age 21 is different from a case for an unmarried child over 21. Under 21 is F2a case where the wait is much shorter than an over 21 F2b case. Over 21 has 8 years to wait.
