Me and wife are scheduled same time for the interview, We have two kids 7 and 3 and they do not go to day care, Is it OK to bring them along for the interview

They can wait in wait area but not sure if younger one starts crying and creates a situation,

Thoughts ? Suggestions ?

You probably should find someone to come with you to take care of the kids while you're in your interviews either at the immigration office or a friend at home. You may or may not get called in and interveiw simutaneously (different IO's I mean)and you can't leave the kids in the waiting room by themselves, that wouldn't be safe and you cannot expect folks to watch them.

I agree, it wouldn't be safe for them to go to the waiting room alone, nor do I believe you'd be allowed to

Call someone to watch them for a few hours

Good luck

I saw a couple with thier young kids when I went to interview in Kansas city. I think it depends on your DO (if it is big and not crowed). You can always request for separate interviews. So when one parent is inside the interview room other parent can take care of the kids. I know you didn't mean to leave the kids alone without parents in the waiting area. Time on your interview letter being same doesn't mean you will be interviewed exactly at same time. I bet you will be called one after another.

Best solution is to find a baby sitter for a day.

Here in Tucson I saw a couple waiting to be interviewed and when the guy was called in they asked the IO if it was okay for wife to come in. Answer: "Sure, she petitioned for you so why not". The situation over there was such that I think that one or two kids sitting with the parent while interviewing would have been fine too. Although, the friendly attitude might have had something todo with the applicant's record.

You can bring the kids, but if you think you will have a joint interview (very rare), then it is not a good idea. Keep in mind there may also be a long wait... In my USCIS office, they had crayons and patriotic colouring pages for the kids.
