CSC 75% through January, VSC only 45%

Anybody else notice that if you run "unapproved petitions" in Igor's list for CSC and look at the graph that shows percent approved, it looks like around 75% of January is done at CSC. Then if you run it again for VSC it looks like VSC has only completed around 45% of January cases.

What's up with that?

Is it likely to balance out over the long term?

m r also remember igor list is also based on members updating thier timelines also maybe vsc was stuck with the tsp visa loads in anycase i beleive with the number of people on unempolment you would think the goverment would reduce the work visa's and let americans get the work imo

Those programs are so abused it's ridiculous.

Or we could train the unemployed to process cases through VSC. :)

I called uscis and after 1 1/2 mths they're still sayin VSC is on Jan 23..._wtf...really? And SR can't be file if they haven't passed that date. That makes no bloody sense. So god forbid July 7 comes (5ths) I can't file I just gotta wait? Really naw that ain't right

If they are processing Jan 23rd then it does not explain why i have not been approved yet, im Jan 17th. That says to me that they are bullshitting us big time ! Hopefully my fiance will hear from his congressman very soon. It's the inly weapon we have against that madness !

i think alot of this gives false hope, i found a boatload of i-130 from 1-24 that sit, i don't trust igor or the date on my timeline. i will wait until 8-14 and then call the chuck meister. but i think vermont is hosed. when the i130 went there i was so happy, they were processing 3 months, now i don't know what the heck happened, bad software upgrade and outsourcing, maybe :blink:

okay, somehow i was able to put in a service request this afternoon. i quoted that i was told to put in a service request after 5 months. i was worried ,then i ask that why i can't put in a service request even after 5months from the system. he took some info and i got a ticket number.
