IMO, that's a bullet list.

Every item in that bullet list can be countered with a letter of attestation on each thing.

So, if you were wanting to file with ICE, and have a case for FRAUD opened against her, you'd have to address each one of those things via a seperate letter of attestation (one letter per thing) .

Couple of things, this is a private site, they get to make the rules. I have some issues with the heavy handedness of a mod on here but it's his playground so he gets to pass gas downwind in camp, it's just the way it is.

Second, you're going to have to let this go and move the truck down the road. File for divorce, give USCIS the info that you have and move on with your life. Usually people that think they've one upped someone unfairly usually get their comeuppance.

I think once you accept that she's a grown Woman that played a good game and won, sort of, then you can start rebuilding your life. There are more of her whence she came from.

To the OP, have you considered filing on grounds of abandonment or desertion? Depending on the state you live in, this could possibly be your grounds.

When filing for divorce, you will have to state a valid legal reason or grounds for the divorce. There are fault and no-fault grounds. Abandonment or desertion is one fault-based reason for divorce, meaning the spouse seeking the divorce must prove the other spouse's wrongdoing.

Abandonment or desertion generally means one spouse decides to stop living with the other spouse without a good reason, intends not to return, or that the marriage should end. State laws can vary somewhat on the definition of abandonment or desertion.

Whatever you decide to do, you need to protect yourself legally. She will probably claim abuse and that you brought her over just to make her a prostitute. If you don't protect yourself legally, it is possible that she can get you for alimony.

Come out from your facade and reveal yourself. You do not post a timeline (that would benefit others). You have no information regarding what part of the immigration process you are going through. You anonymously go around making malicious, sarcastic comments mostly aimed at other peoples post rather than offering insight to the OP. This is MY thread so keep ur bi***ing out of it. ive got a big problem here and i dont wanta hear your fiting. as to divorcing her? i dont wanta. i love her with all my heart. but your rite, i shud check n see if here is a alimony state or if i can freeze her 40k she saved in bank here last year. but still, back on topic, with all this evidence do ya'll think she'll get a new work card within a few months, or will all stuff delay it? no, i havent talked to her in 6+ weeks now, only an ocasioanl grumpy email from her. she said she bought "pots and pans" to cook her type food, so ive almost ruled out shes shacked up with a customer, maybe in a VAWA funded apartment? wouldnt they provide cookware? heck, i dunno.

I have read your posts and I think you need to protect yourself from this woman, I understand she is your wife and you love her, but she obviously does not feel the same way about you. I understand you say you have no one else, but can you really be in a marriage that is one sided, because seriously it is one sided, you give and she takes, no marriage can really survive under those circumstances. The longer you are married to her, the greater the chance you have of losing everything, a court will look at time in marriage etc, and she could be awarded half of what you have worked for, whilst she has put nothing in. Arguing and violence solve nothing, sending pics of her to everyone on here will do nothing for your case either, you really aren't doing yourself any favors right now. You need to file for divorce and protect yourself, don't hang on to a marriage that is NEVER going to work. I am very sorry for your situation, but for goodness sake accept that its over and speak to a divorce lawyer now.

If you don't want to divorce her, then go after her and get her back. If you thing there a chance you can reconcile, go after her and get her back, or let her go once and for all.

Most importantly, whatever the denouement, make peace with yourself. If she wants to go, let her go, move on with your life. If she wants to give it another shot, talk it over and work it out.

It ain't over until both of you call it.
