I am a June filer as well. Fedex said that the packet was received on June 14. I am hoping I receive the NOA1 email tomorrow. I wish everybody luck.

3/7/2013 - USCIS Chicago rec'd applications

3/12/2013 - USCIS sends NOA1 email

December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!

April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

06/04/12- I-129F mailed USPS Priority

06/06/12- USPS Delivery Confirmation

06/11/12- Received Text & Email notification for NOA1

06/11/12- Official NOA1 date on hardcopy

06/12/12- USCIS cashed check

06/14/12- Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail

09/09/12- Received Text/Email NOA2

09/12/12- NVC received

09/13/12- NVC issued case #

09/14/12- NVC Left for USEM

09/17/12- Schelduled Interview

09/21/12- USEM Received case

09/21/12- Received Instruction Letter NVC completed

09/24/12- Medical at St Lukes ( Day 1 Delay started menst :( )

10/01/12- Medical at St Lukes (Day 2 Passed)

10/04/12- CFO seminar completed ( Certificate issued)

10/19/12- Interview USEM (Approved)

10/24/12- USEM issued/released visa to 2GO for delivery

10/25/12- Able to track visa via 2GO website ( *Had to use UID# as tracking #)

10/27/12- Visa received (Quezon City)

12/06/12- POE SFO

I hope that we'll get the petition sent in before June is over. I've had my stuff ready for a while now and sent it to my fiancé almost a month ago. Unfortunately, he was swamped with work so he didn't have a lot of time to go over the instructions and everything and then I discovered that he didn't have the correct divorce certificate. He ordered it and it finally arrived on Saturday. I only found out it was not the required certified copy thanks to this forum. If not for the awesome guys here we probably wouldn't have found out until receiving an RFE asking for the right one :P

We are June, 2012 filers also. Sent the application overnight delivery on June 12, got notification of receipt and signature through USPS on June 13. On June 15 we received an Email saying the application was received and being routed to VSC for processing. Still waiting on the NOA1 to arrive in the mail. Our packet was sent to Vermont. Does anyone else know what service center their packet is headed to?

Ours went to Vermont. We got the hardcopy NOA1 last Saturday. I was surprised to see that the NOA1 date is actually 6/13 (receive date is 6/11) since we got the text message on 6/14. So we are happy to be one day closer...

April 30th 2011 Met in Las Vegas, NV at Paris Resort and Casino

June 4th 2012 Mailed I-129F from Salt Lake City, UT to Dallas, TX

June 6th 2012 Received in Dallas

June 11th 2012 Text/E-mail of NOA1

June 14th 2012 Received hardcopy of NOA1

August 16th 2012 Received text/e-mail of NOA2

August 27th 2012 NVC received petition

Sep 3rd 2012 Received Packet 3 from London Embassy

Im new to thisis site. Ive been reading and reading, the more i read the question I have. But I think you can answer my first question. I read on your profile your from London, Ontario. Im from Kitchener. I looked on the embassy listed on this site and it only says, Vancouver and Montreal. What will be our embassy? Toronto?

Hello June filers! We have yet to file, but are hoping to do so in a couple of days... the boy is just waiting for my forms in the post (he's in MD)- its taking ages! Hopefully should have it sent on Wednesday. We are hoping for Xmas also but from what people have said that doesnt look too likely with an end of June filing date - oh well I guess time will tell. Good to have other people in the same situation though! Looking forward to hearing about everyone's progress as we all go along... Would welcome anyone that wants to talk/rant about waiting! :) Best of luck!

Maybe that will be our situation as well. Our packet was delivered on the 11th, check cashed and text/email on the 14th. 1 day closer makes me happy too.

I'm so excited about all of our June filers. It looks like 6/14/2012 was a busy day for the USCIS seeing as how they sent lots of texts/emails and cashed lots of checks.

I can't wait for us all to start posting updates. :)

If you get an RFE, post about that. I am a bit worried about that piece myself. You just never know what they might kick back.

I've seen lots of people posting about financial stuff. Did any of you send anything financial in? I didn't. Did I miss that? :o

I agree with the other posts about posting frustrations and stuff. I'm sure we'll all need support from people going through something similar. I know most of my family doesn't really get it.

I guess I know the waiting will not be fun, but this process is something most married couples don't go through. I have a feeling those divorce rate statistics are much lower with couples who truly have to work at being together like this.

Ok done with my rambling for now.

Oh and apparently all of this posting has bumped me from 'newbie' to 'Junior Member' LOL!!!!

09-20-2012 - Case# received

09-24-2012 - NVC left

09-27-2012 - consulate received

10-18-2012 - interview approved pending I-134 form (was submitted not sure what happen)

10-25-2012 - resubmitted I-134 and asked to pick up visa on the 10-30-2012
